3. Can I skip or pause a subscription month?

Yes, you may skip or pause your subscription up to 3 times per year. Please note that skipped or paused months are not eligible for refunds.

4. How do I submit a design?

Design files must be PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI (or at least 3000px on the shortest side). Please submit your design to brightenupyourstep@gmail.com for approval.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since all items are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience an issue.

6. How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 10–14 business days after design approval. Subscription products are shipped monthly based on your plan.

7. Do you take bulk or group orders?

Yes! We love creating for events, businesses, and teams. Contact us directly to discuss group pricing and customization options.

9. Do you ship internationally?

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

11. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription tier?

Yes, you can adjust your subscription tier at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

12. How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations go into effect the following month and are not eligible for refunds on the current month’s payment. Please make sure to cancel before your billing date to avoid renewal.
